Air Results

nuTravel CTS allows users to sort results by preferred airlines, price, and departure and arrival times and indicates preferred airlines so they are visible when the user re-sorts the results, while also allowing for vendor exclusion. Administrators can enforce travel policy with hard and soft, while negotiated fares are displayed wherever applicable and automatically applied when booking.

Southwest SWABIZ Integration

nuTravel CTS offers full content via a Direct Connection to the most widely used airline-owned corporate travel site, SWABIZ. nuTravel CTS populates city-pairs, dates, times, reward numbers and form of payment, directly into SWABIZ, while writing passive segments back into the GDS that allows for customer support, accounting and reporting.

Travel Policy Management

nuTravel CTS offers two levels of policy management - Hard policies prevent users from booking out of policy altogether. Soft policies require the user to go through an extra step of notifying their travel manager of the reason for the policy violation, allowing the user to complete a booking while keeping management informed. Travel administrators can create any number of travel policies and assign them to one or more users.

Profiles

nuTravel CTS offers a flexible and extensible profile management system with real-time, two-way synchronization between nuTravel CTS and the GDS. nuTravel CTS pulls in the GDS profile for billing information or profile edits. If the profile is changed, it is immediately written back to the GDS. This allows the agent and the user to work with the same profile. nuTravel CTS can be customized to use the agency’s profile format or one of several standardized formats used by many nuTravel clients. Fields can be added to the nuTravel CTS user interface to support each agency’s unique needs.

Billing

The nuTravel CTS billing process is simple, easy and clear. A step-by-step process takes into consideration travel profiles for easy selection of predefined information, while also enabling the user to override that information with user input. Items can be removed from the billing page without having to re-search. Billing summaries and confirmation make it clear to the user what they are purchasing and when.
